FUCK IT!! think i jus got done by a gatso. was cruising in 5th towards it at about 47ish on a very long road. just as i got near it it flashed twice. i stopped and got out hada look and there wasnt any lines on my side of the road. there wasnt a car going the other way either. i really dno wot 2 think, i kno it was my fault an all, and not reallyt worried about my points insurance wish=e as im not on my own policy. but 3 more points and i get a ban and i need my cxar 2 travel to college and back! how long should it take 4 the ticket 2 come through? and dya reckon ive been done?

yep usually flashers when ur speeding slow down in future near cams
Also just lets hope the film has run out of cam its being know to happen b4

which way was the camera facing? were the lines and camera on the other side of the road, and the camera faced to the front of you ??

yes the camera was on the other side of the road, facing me, so it woulda got the front of my car. there were no lines on my side of the road.

if it was facing you and flashed twice (1 second between flashes) then you have nothing to worry about!!!! they can only prosecute people going through them, not coming at them!
even though there is a sensor in the camera to detect speeders and take a pic, the cops need hard evidence that you were speeding by comparing the 2 photos to nik you for it!

yes thats wot it was like, flashed twice quickly, and judging by where i waswhen thye flashed, it woulda got the side of my car? oh i dno, wel jus have to wait and see. anyone else got any ideas? cheers bluecorsasxi for ur help!

no prob!!
im very sure you wont get done for it! I pass one on the way to work every day (coming towards it) at 50 in a 30 zone, and it flashes me.
havent heard anything since it went up (over a year ago)!

apperently i was told that u can actually sue them coz it flashed u, dunno if its true? i suppose if u crashed due 2 it flashin u whilst u were goin 2wards u then maybe it is true as it has blinded u and uv crashed coz of it.

whats diff...cos it can take 2 pic if ur going towards or going away..cant they catch u either way?

i got flashed the other night was doin bout 41
asked on cruise board how fas tthat road is most said 30
went thru next day between 30-40 no flash and i was drivin same speed as car in front
