Rite gonna buy a Laptop to take to uni with me in the next couple of days, been lookin around online at all the obvious places such a PC world, Dixons etc....
Was wonderin of any other good places to look, best one ive found is an ACER notebook:

We sell Acer at Comet, and they aren't amazing in my opinion. I think you would be better going with something from Dell or as above, Evesham.

What's wrong with Acer compaired to the rest, quality etc...?
Don't really wanna spend much more than that, just looked on Evesham similar spec machines are quite a bit more!

i would say quality doesnt compare to that of a Dell for example. Remember though, you get what you pay for!

mate dixons got a deal on a sony laptop, 512mg, 2.4ghz pentium 4, 124 mg graphics card. wicked screen and fuck load amount of software free. i know cos i got one it da bolox

i payed 999 but it sooo good well worht da money as wont realy ned upgraded for years
