OK, so its not quite that one, but its very similar. £105 purchase on sunday Not VAT, no delivery, and a bargin. Took me all day to buy it, i cna't afford it, but the shineyness tempted me. Gonna fit it very soon me thinks. Its got Bailey Motorsport enscribed on the top. I wanted one like Donnas (custom made), but i loved the look of this, it just sat there on teh wall saying "buy me buy me, come on, you know you want too" Dont you hate that

Its the start to a lot of shiney stuff. Hopefully over the winter, a lot more will be purchased.

I think it would be wicked if a few Corsa owners decided to start tarting up the engine bay. Really makes a car stand out at shows etc. Theres plenty of stuff on the market for us lot now, just no bugger seems to wanna buy the stuff

Whys that? Trying to stir another argument vibs?

Whats wrong with completing a car and tarting up the engine bay. Im sorry you cannot really do this with the punto engine (not that i assume u'd want to anyway), but good engine bays always attracts attention at the various "modified" car shows.

As for shiney things, there are custom places you can get things made. Or theres the like of Shinee on Mig.
Easiest things to start off with are getting engine covers sprayed, battery cover and surround, stainless strut brace etc. Ten things like exhaust manifold heatshields etc.

no not trying to start an arguement but I can't see any real purpuse in that shiny thing. what is it an oil catch tank or a header tank. oil catch tank really worth it and if it is a header tank then you can't see the level. I remember Stockerov having one in his GT. utterly pointless

this is very true, but i'd like to make my car a complete car. I've got a picture in m,y head on how i want my engien bay to look, and i wanna get it looking like that.

As i've said to many people, i've got no intension of selling the car for years yet. So plenty of time

Pointless, nope, its there to look good, and thats what it does

Wayne, same as, engien bay was the first thing ii started on (bar alloys etc).

My first attempt ha ha, oohhhh dear

But it got much much better 2nd time

Then a better strut brace (sold that sparco one as i was gonna sell the car).

Then the last picture i got of it, looked much better in real life, but terrible in teh pic
