Thinking of getting some v6 brakes fitted on my Gsi just wondering if anyone has any?
And what do you all think of them? or they worth getting? and how much did you pay?
Thanks Ed

There are sellin V6 disc conversions for £200 on mig. They must be good cause i've got the astra GSI set-up on mine and there is no difference, V6 size is 288mm compared to 256mm on the gsi.

For a quick simple cheaqp effective conversion, look at doing the Astra/Cav 254mm brake setup. Same diametre, but its 24mm wide as opposed to the Corsas 21mm wide discs.
It makes a lot of difference, esp when dfitted with aftermarket discs and pads!
Calipers, £30 from a scrappy, replace the seales though (bought £10). Then new discs and pads.
Better pedal feel as well than the V6's.
Althogh V6 brakes look great behined 15"/16" wheels

I recently helped a mate do this conversion on his 1.6 sport.
He got the V6 kit from V tuning for 200quid. This set up just squeezes 15" alloys. He also fitted braided hoses at the same time.
