Yawn, I think I may have to fall into a sleep induced coma if anyone else asks "Can I put a 2.0 16v in my (insert low spec model here)"
I like valvers, they are fast and very cool but please, for the love of god, search the forums before asking rubbish questions like "will I need to change the engine mounts blah blah blah?"

I have also noticed this and wish people would use the search engine.
I also feel the 2.0 unneccessary as you can pick a frst up for the same price as the conversion. Nuff Said.

But the 2ltr 16v is faster than the frst, nuff said.

yes but i don't believe the c20xe to be as tuneable as the turbo'd engine. Also n/a engines are boring. They are for simple driving, for simple cars, for simple people Rather have a turbo kicking in than a power band thats all, each to their own.

290BHP is pretty tuneable, altho stupid money to get there in all fairness. I would love a turbo, especially in a corsa cos of the looks it would get and the conversation point, but at the end of the day, 156BHP standard in a corsa will still be great fun and i intend to do it next year!
