fractured my arm

was chasing some fella 0830 this morning, tripped on some uneven paving and went straight on my arm, ive also done my hip in and pulled a muscle around it, because i fell on my handcuffs.

got some nasty bruising on my shoulder where i rolled and scraped a load of skin off my arm.

but it was a wickid stuntman roll though, so good that i still got up and caught the bugger i was chasing

but it really hurts

nah, im home bound now with my paperwork bloody paper work.

he did get pulled to the ground quite hard because he turned round to fight me, so i just stood back, got cs spray out and he gave up, and my colleague dragged him to the floor really hard.

but then i got rushed to hospital cos i was in so much shock id gone white as a ghost and they thought id faint

just out of interest is there a sertan pace you have to be able to run in the police??
because if i was doing out ilegal (not that i ever have or ever will ) i am pritty sure i would be able to get away from a police man. with quite abit of wate ie radio, nife vest, shose, etc.
