Just been for a 'talk' with my manager.

Personnel have been talking to him and apparently the IT security department have expressed concern about the ammount of time I spend on the internet. This is going to go on my Personnel file now. They have given a copy of my internet hit records to my manager and they are pages and pages and pages. Hours a day everyday!

I have been verbally warned. Just as my staff appraisal is being written.

Your proxy server will record all the information they need, theres nothing you can do about it. Clearing the local files won't help unless they audit your PC, but they don't need to.
