Where do i start ok i want to return an item yeh.
I send there 7 emails in the space of 5 days no reply at all.
I work 10-7 and harly get many brakes and when i do i dont really wanan waste it on the phone to them.
so i got home eraly one day 5:30 i ring up:
" No sir there closed " some cockky little fucker on the phone.
Me : " Ok when are they next open "
Him : " 8-5 all week "
Me: " Ok m8 ta "
Today i get in i ring up at 4:35
Him " No sir they are closed "
Me : " WTF i was told they stay open till 5 "
Him " Its Friday Sir "
Me : " yeh ? "
Him " Well there closed "
Me " iwas told there open till 5 every day "
Him : No its friday sir "
Me " Meaning ? "
Him " There closed............ as they close at 4:30 "
Me " ok , Do u answer emails at all "
Him " erm well we get so many we cant reply to them all "
Me " Ok bye "
Fucking uss-less company,

i never delt with them but they seem fair shit by the sounds of that.
i have only every bought from mcs-direct.com and everything thing arrives next day, apart from one time when i never woke up to answeer the door when the parcel came, but it came 1st thing the morning after lol.

lol yeh i just thing there customer service is shit.
Crap IMHO just want my money back for the item and i wil go esle where good job as i ganan order 2.5k worth of ice after xmas! anit ganan be with them.
