last night i got upto about 90MPH lol and when i got to about 5,500RPM this light came on my dashboard, looked like an engine? anyway as it done that my car instantly lost about 2,000RPM... and last night and this morning, when i drove it again, when it gets to about 5,500RPM the car feels really sluggish and i _have_ to change gear. its not all the time, happened about 3-4 times.

i dunno what it could be, but i did put an induction kit on only on monday, so maybe it could be that?

i think im gonna leave it a couple of weeks see what happens because ive got my MOT coming up. anyone have a different idea to what it could be? btw my cars a 1.0 12v and my induction kit is a PVD BFO cone

I was there before the speed humps!!!, god I feel old, but used to hoist the front and wheelie down as far as the side road for tots, lucy road?

the ol bill ruined it for everyone, but used to wind them up really bad, they came along one night while we were all parked up in the middle on the bikes, all with bottles of beer in hand, the police asked us if we had our keys on us, they wanted to do us for something to do with having alcohol while in control of a vehicle??? anyway all got our keys out and then proceeded to show that they didnt fit the bike, we had all swapped keys with the bike next to us LOL.... was so fecking funny at the time....

then they nicked me for pulling a rolling stoppy

went down there when I had K100RSA, was ok but they had closed the front bit, took nearly 2 hours to get from the kursaal to the casino!!

yeah god it takes forever to do one lap these days!

pigs do fuck everything up got traffic lights now instead of the roundabout as well, in case you didnt know. that made fuck all difference because it just extends the cruise! and that cost £500,000 to build!

glad to see tax payers money going towards descent stuff... whats the scene like where you are now?

My 106 is shit and Peugeot can't find out what is wrong with it. By the looks of it 1 litre Corsas have there fair share of problems. Come tomorrow i'm going to be doing 1500 miles a week between uni, work and home. I REALLY need a car that is going to be reliable !!!

well-hung: they might be 0-60 in 17secs according to vauxhall. but ive done 0-50 in 10.5 its just from 50-60 it takes sooo long. im not saying its fast! just 17secs is a bit much...

austinpxx: are you serious? youve got me fucking paranoid now!

boyrac3r: depends what 106 youve got! two of my mates have them, ones a 1.1 and ones a 1.5D, both shit! so personally id prefer a corsa... but then again the _performance_ models are great! ie rallye, GTi etc
