changed the seal on my distributor today so ive just been out for a drive to make sure i put everything back ok. Went down this dual carrigeway near my house and back up again, not speeding or anything, 70 zone.
Gets back to near the house when these blue lights appear in the rear view so i pulls over and its 2 cops in a tranny van.
cop -"why did u just turn around and and come speeding back this way when u saw us?"
me -" i didnt, done some stuff on the engine today and i was checking it"
cop-" well u were goin at some speed, i couldnt keep up"
me -"i wasnt, its a 70 mph zone all the way up here, this car can get up to that in about 8 or 9 seconds"
he then spends 15mins checking every little thing on the car, tyre tread, lights, the lot. In the end all he could do was give me a producer, pain in the arse. I understand hes got a job to do but i doubt he would of even noticed me if i was in my mum or dads car  and im trying to mod my car subtley

getting to 70 MPH in 7 or 8 seconds can be deemed as dangerous driving as your accelerating excessivley...he could of been an even bigger of a tw@t and picked up on this...

Most are ok and are just doing there jobs...you can get some right w@nkers though...fortunateely these are in the minority!

the only run in ive had was doing 50 in a 40 after midnight, they just gave me a ticking off, only time ive been stopped in 2 and a half years...

Got pulled on sunday night 1am for having fog lights on...thing was I didnt intentionaly meant to have them on...just drops mates off who had been drinking so were drunk and were messing about with buttons...stupid gits turned them on...and I didnt realise...
only a ticking off and usual questions...

true, but there literaly must have been me and the cop van on the road.
Had to go through the whole 2 litre thing as well with the other copper,

Have to show ur driving license, mot certificate and insurance docs as well as a little form they give u at ur local plice station.

You should have seen me when I got pulled on way to Powerflow with an open lambda sensor hole -- they weren't too impressed by the noise
