ok im off to sheffield for a weekend in 10 days or so, instead of getting a hotel or bed n breakfast im trying to hire a boat house for 2.

its on the canal just out of the city centre, ill get pics and spec soon

would u find it romantic and different, u know me lol

Ruby is 40ft long and has a fixed double bedroom with hatches opening onto a plant pot garden. Doors form the lounge open on to a spacious aft deck with seating for you to relax in the open air

sauna, gym an swimming pool?

I take it the sauna is in the summer as no air con, the gym is when you have to open those fuckin canal gates, and the swimming pool is the canal?

no the owners also have the Hilton Hotel, and these facilities are available too
