I'm not sure if its just the Work IP which has been blocked, as am getting Conection Refused, or if its actually the server which has gone down.

Ping-response is very slow (500+ ms), but the server is up and running. It just looks like the web-service isn't up and running...

it shouldnt be able to be pinged, thats whats worrying me... only a set number of ports are open, and it looks like somethings gone wrong somewhere and being at work I cant check it out

going to try a few things shortly...
