I wondered if anyone had sum advice on what i might be lookign at points and fine wise.

I got pulled by the fuss in June for whilst driving a car i'd just bought from vaux garage to home.

I had no Tax (hence being stopped). Thing is I had no insurance or MOT either, now dont get me wrong i dont do this often. Anyway I not asking for your opinion on whether I should or shouldn't have done it (i know i shouldn't have).

I've sorted the tax fine out anyway. It will be my first offence (have 3 points for an sp30 3 years ago)

So Court summons is for no insurance and no mot

What do you reckon i'll get?

one of my mates got done for no insurance, tax and MOT. He got a £250 fine and 3 points! I thought he would of got a ban, but the judge was fairly soft as his first offence!

If he explains at court with a solicitors that he was only delievering the car from a Vauxhall garage to the new owners home they could well be leniant

i got 6 points for the same offense but that was 10 years ago.might be a bit more strict now
