Whats the best brake settup for a 2.0 corsa? Some people say V6 and some say normal 2.0ltr ones. Any suggestions appreciated. Cheers Gav

Just not sure what to have for the best results. Dont want a set of brakes that gonna be to much for the car.

2.0 16v brakes from Astra GTE. ATE calipers are wonderful, and work just fine on the Corsa B. The master cylinder is not powerful enough to drive the V6 brakes, and causes them to be very soft on certain applications.

as cybermoneky said V6 brakes are not soo good as pedal feel is iffy due to the master cylinder, and in theory if ATE calipers can stop a cavalier, calibra and astra adequetely i think its plenty enough for a corsa

Yes, AP Racing 295mm discs and calipers.

You8rs for £1600

2.0litre 16v 256x24mm with aftermarket pads n discs do the job fine.

But if u can stretch to £600-£750, Hi-Spec 285mm or mmmmmmmmmmmm Brembo
