I had an accivent last November n the traffic cop said...either 1 of these 3 things will happen to u from here, u will have 3 points on ur license dor driving without due care & attention, u will appear b4 a court where chances are it'll be dropped and forgotten about or you will have to do an advanced driving course.
so I ended up doin this driving course...and didnt think i had to go to court, then i had a letter the other day sayin i failed to make an apperance on the 30th so i gotta go again at the end of this month.
what do i tell them?...blame it on the pig?

well he said 'either 1 of these will happen' so therefore i think u've been mislead by the copper, just be honest mate and hope the pig is as honest as u will be

yes that is what i am thinking but i know what he said and my parents are convinced that thats what he said to them too.

For you to have any chance the copper would have to admit he mislead u.
Very unlikely he would though probably did it on purpose wouldnt surprise me the plods are like that

I thought it was an option that they send to you? whereby if u take the course, and they pass u, the charges are dropped? they charge summat £150 for the course.
