ok my pc fucked up earlier - and both drives crashed
had a 40gig and a 80gig, (on a 7gig now LMAO)
but how do i get these to format - windows will only recognise 1
im on win 2000 pro btw
if it just wont happen - cheap online places to get a nice big harddrive please?

put it all in the recycle bin i think you have to put in a system restore disk then type in c:/format or some piss like that
now that i have read that again it is of no use to you

Drew, go into control panel and see if you have administrative tools in there. If you do, go in there and go to computer management, then double click storage. Go to disk management (local) and then you will see a list of your drives that are connected to your IDE hosts. From there you will be able to delete partitions and format the drives.
If that fails i will send you a program which you put on a floppy which makes it bootable then you need to fill the drive with zero's, can take up to 6 hours!
