I was caught speeding by a camera, and was issued 3 points... I was told they were ways to get out of this, so i looked into this into great depth, and found they were a way out of this...
What to do:
When you receive the letter by post, do not sign the form and send it back whatever you do, what you do is write a short letter, saying "could youpls send me photographic evidence, as i do not know who was the driver at the time of the speeding" (even if there's only one person on your insurance, just say someone with a traders policy generally uses your car), but i assure you this question will not come about. Anyway you will soon get a reply saying if you want photographic evidence, you will have to go to court. Then you reply saying "why waste time going to court, when you can just send the pix....etc etc (just blag it.. Then you will receive your next reply saying final warning - we will not send you the pix's (if they do and you can see your face on the pix you're busted. but 9/10 you wont. Anyways after the last letter of final warning, screw it up and throw it in the bin - YOU HAVE JUST GOT OUT OF 3 POINTS OH AND NOT TO FORGET THE £40 FINE - How do i know this works, because there's a loop hole in the system - where if there's no evidence of you actully driving the car, and you do not sign the form, they do not have the right to issue you ya 3 points... it wotked for me, 3 other of my mates and also i believe other people, as to who told me about it..
The loop hole is currently under investigation as to stop people getting away with this, until then - Whos ya daddy

there is actually a 12 page document decribing how u used to be able to do it
it envolves solicitors writing the letters, and a hell of a lot of work

My boss received an NIP in the post a few months ago, she just tore it up and threw it in the bin! I asked her the other day if she heard anything about it, she said no!

it isnt bull sh** - i got the points in august, and its now october, dont you think id of been called to court by now??
the investigetion is still on going, as to stopping the loop hole , but these things take time, so it wont be resolved for atleast another 12 months now, and it doesnt take solicitors letters... god people i tell you a way of help and all you do is disbelieve it, i talked to people, even people in the police, and looked it up on the net, and this was the only way round it which has a success rate of 95%...
Anyways ive got out of it, so fuk it!!
anyone actully got any points lately?? we should put this to the test for peace of mind!!!!
