Poor M Reg GSI in Grey!!
Went down the Scrappy looking for a new interior, and a GSi which the fella had had only 4 days got carried in after me!!
Had a nice set of speedlines on it (one mangled) which shortly departed once the scrap yard fella got on it.
Luckily i salavage the exhaust, full interioir and a few other bits i need for my car!
Dont suppose anyone has any idea who's this was, guess in was local to Milton Keynes.

I would say 0-60 in 8.7 seconds for a standard Sport is averagely fast. Enough mid range power to suprise many other cars on the road.

Yeah, GSi's didnt have the grey bit. They were all black. I thought only the tigra and some 1.6 sports had the grey panel, post 97.

More than averagly fast considering the 'speed' of your average pathetic reppy Vectra, Mondeo etc...8.7 to 60 is above average.

Sorry i cant find anywhere where i've gone on about sigma blue being such a special colour. I think i may have mentioned it in a previous post though.
You will find however, it was a £800 extra to have a 306 finished in Sigma blue on the D Turbo models, so not many had it. However, the D Turbo S, it was a free optional extra, hence why its common on this model. There are however, only 1000 of these cars in the UK, so i wudnt call that common. Common on a 306 = Diablo red, diamond white and miami blue. There was also another varient close to sigma blue, but didnt have a green base coat like sigma does.

I think u'll find, if u re-read my post Nik, that i dont say the corsa is a "averagely fast car".
Infact, I say its "an averagely fast 3door hatch"..........which is exactly what it is.
I'm not comparing it to Vectras + mondeos, unless u know of a 3 door version of these??? I am comparing it to cars such as a 106 Gti, Nova GSi/GTE, Fiesta RS, fiesta zetec etc. I think u'll find when u look at the figures for all these, the corsa isnt exactly a class leader. No, its not, its just an averagely fast 3 door hatch.
