not what they said earlier, when i asked if there work is done onsite?... They said no, it's done in a professional insurance approved bodyshop in Letchworth

As your so well in the know being in the 'trade' for such a long time, maybe you should train their staff to answer correctly.... you cud become their consultant

think a self employed private consultant gets paid more than someone getting between 10-40% profit before overheads on selling parts and recommending bodywork
