using to much petrol at moment £100+per week ,so wot do we think of this as a daily driver / run about ?

they look tremendous in red i think, wheels are absolutely gorg
150bhp are the factory figures for the diesel version but owners on the clubgti forum haev been getting between 160-175 on the rollers and thats with absolutely nothing done to them

you could get a brandnew Ibiza 130tdi, chip it to 180, get big wheels and lower it

the 2.0 gti is gash, it doesnt deserve a gti badge.
the 150 tdi are fast as fook. they respind well to chipping, dads a4 tdi went on the rollers at 211.3 bhp after he got a 6 stage boost controller. damn that things quick.

that doesnt make sense, the 2.0 is 8v so it has low down torque and should pick up pretty much straight away.

the 2.0 8v is a bag of shite, 115bhp, same as found in the mk3 8v gti,
mk4 is a good bit heavier than the mk3 also
