Just been out with my mate. He was caught by a speed trap doing what I believe was 53 in a 30. Police man said he wil have to attend court to get it sorted out etc etc.

He has 4 points already.

Will he just probably get another 3-4 points ?? Any ideas ? Just out of interest like.

53 in a 30, if he has the choice, id say take 3 points, could be a bit worse. He was doing almost twice the limit!

The thing is it's on this stretch of road coming out of town going down a steep-ish hill. Nobody does 30, I think most ppl do 40 on it !
