Well happy I have been promoted and been given 2 months back pay also

So thats £500ish after tax in my hand for the back pay.

And an extra £300 a month before tax ontop of my old wages.......

I have been doing my job for over a year with the wrong pay..... and they are only giveing me 2 months back pay - Least Im being upgraded once I have signed the contract for the new pay etc.... I will then fight for more back pay, as I have proof of doing the work..... I will even get someone to represent me if needs be. As I deserve the money IMO...... What do you think??

Oh fucking joy, I was due a rise after 6 months but I only worked 3 1/2 weeks of the 1st month so they dont count it, and also coundt to the end of the month so i only got 3 months back pay instead of 5 fuckers.... and got £798 back paid, but lost almost £700 on tax, NI, Student loan etc... what a load of cock

Happy_2008 - Im a Coordinator - I have about 50ish people that work for me and my collegue. We basically look after there leave/sick requests. Errr Tell them what work to do and when etc..... also Assess/Internaly Verify peoples work. Really hard to explain SORRY.... Hope that gives you some idea?? Cool about Pro evo - shame I aint got broadband

Dunno if it will play that good on a laptop, as the only game I have played on the laptop is CM4.....

Dunno if it will cope with the graphics it needs,

Been thinking about getting a P4 3.06 from dell for £800ish.... dunno if I can afford it though
