Wanting to fit set of sparco 3pt harnesses to cobra monaco seats! But just wondered about fixing the points. I have no rear seat so want to fix the rear points to bolt fixings that were holding the old rear seat belts (on the floor), but do i need to get under the car to fix a bolt?

no ive just fitted 3 point harneses
u bolt back one to rear seat belt mount left one to sub frame right one to old seat belt bar bolt

Will the bolt simply just screw into the origional thread at the rear?

Yes, Just an eye bolt to connect the harnes clip to.
