Went to fill up the car just before I go home, while I was waiting for the petrol pump the car in front of me suddenly reverse...and hit my car...fuk it....the front of the bonnet and the driver side headlamp are broken...I got his details now....do I phone my insurance company up and tell them what happen? what would they normally do?

tell ur insurance company and tell em it was the other guys fault, also if i where u id get in contact with the petrol staion and ask em if they have any video footage of the incident (just incase the other guy decides to blame u!)

yes U sud always carry a camra. Coz if theres no other Video Proff or Witness's.
He cud say it was ur flaut or say he wasnt driving the car.
Did u get some proff that the detials u gave him were true ?

yeh, i should have kick the guys axs..he first got off his car and said' I cant see any damage to your car, can you?' I think he said that becasuse he has a crapy car.

Get the video if you can. Contact his insurance company not your own if you can help it. They will send you the paperwork for a third party claim - basically a claim directly on his policy.
Don't involve your own insurance if you can help it, you're not legally required to and this may save your no claims.

Phone him up, get his insurance companies number and his name etc, ring them up and do as ian said u may not have to loose any ncd then
