What complete w***ers hey!!! My brother lives very near canary wharf and his place requires parking permits. There are 2 different types of permits, Residents and visitors  . Now my brother has a residents permit and cos all the spaces were full he had to park in the visitors space.
Then he finds that his car had been clamped even thou his permit was showing on the windscreen  , clampers cant do this and in the end my brother had to pay £90 to have it released.
Now my brother is gonna write letters to complain to this gay arse company that keeps on clamping all these people.
Do clampers think they can clamp ne one nowdays?????
