cheapest place to get one for a 1.4 8v i tried demon tweaks theres was £285 anyone know were i can get a cheaper one from

£285 is a good price mate seeing as the retail is £265 + VAT

u will get no real noticable gain by replacing the cam mate, they work better with other mods and a chip

well wats the point of a high lift cam surely u get more gain because its add more fuel and air

I take it your on a 60bhp spi?

Yes it should... but your lucky for a couple of bhp if that to be honest, why not save for a conversion or something?

i had a 1.4 spi astra with a piper fast road cam it gained me 6bhp, used more fuel and was slightly noticable!

well i only deal with kent and piper.

They have yet to produce them so the short answer is no.

cams are not worth it unless your changing the induction system and rev limit. I would not change cams in my engine

yes i ave a viper and am gettin it chiped and an fse boost valve fitted so i think i will change my cam

a cam will benefit non of the above minor mods that u have done to your engine, at the end of the day your car is slow, live with it, if u want a fast car, change the engine or buy a faster car
