i have bilstein sprintline -40mm springs and shocks, cant fault it, great handling and drops a tad over 40mm by the look of it.
Relatively expensive though.

Depends on the budget mate.

If its cheap springs go with gmax. If its quality then eibach or H+R. If its inbetween go PI.
