just fitted a new set of disks and pads (red dot racing) onto my corsa gsi. one side has disk run out (disk touching pad on and off during rotation this one i can solve but on the other side the pads are tight onto the disk. i can turn them but there is constant contact beetween disk and pads! i pushed piston back properly and have taken calipers off recently to paint them.

should u replace guide bolts at same time?

is it normal to have any contact or should ther be none?

have you wound the caliper back in?
is the caliper piston seized-seizeing?
did you clean the hub face completly?
in general new disks are spot on.
