I want to get some coilovers but ive just got 1 question:
:How do the rears adjust in height because ive read on here that the rear isnt a coilover but is just a damper and spring?????????

No need to call...
Height adjustment on the rears for the Nova/Corsa B kits (and some others) is carried out by having an adjustable platform underneath the pigtail spring on the rear.
When the coil is wound in, the spring is compressed, thus acheiving different ride heights.

ok i want an honest reply from you guys, which would handle better:
fk highsport coilovers
or
koni yellows with apex 60mm springs.

I bought the FK's for my Corsa- Very happy. Only buying coilovers means u can expect some 'bounce' but on 60/40 mine rides lovely!!!

There's no way to judge which of the two will give better "handling".
The Koni's will probably be stiffer and give a harsher ride, but the FK Highsport should be more controlled.
If you're on a super smooth track then I'd say Koni's, but on a road then you need all the control you can get.
I've got Bilsteins and they're rock solid - the car twitches and skips all over the road, so it's hardly ideal.

is it worth spending the extra £200 for the konig's or not really for road use?

Go for the Gaz shocks kit it is very well built and carry a 3 year warrenty i have one set of coilover that i have not fitted yours for £500 + postage £9 as i have moved on.

ive got FK highsport coilovers, good stuff, only wish they were slightly harder, but thats only cos i dont want so much scrubege over dips in the road

ive got the spax rsx coilover kit... when i get my car running i'll let you know how they handle 
btw... u guys with the coilovers - did you keep your ARB on or remove it?

can you get uprated front springs on the highsports as i would probably put 2l ones on if possible as the normal petrol ones are too soft for the td.

i would presume u can get uprated springs for them... i might get some for my spax rsx kit.. not sure where sells them tho yet :s
