right, TRYING to fit my spax rsx coilovers at the moment. got hte first shock in, but it dnt seem right?
ive got some pictures below:
this has come in WAY to high?

this is what they look like standard:

and this is what they look lined upto the standard GM ones.

we have already added the very top part of the standard shock to the RSX so it will bolt through into the engine bay. but were sure theres summin wrong?
any help?

It looks like the shocker has pulled through the top plate (the bit the bolts onto the car). The shocker should only come through the turret about and inch or so.
Was there anything to stop this pulling through? Like a stop washer or something?

i think we have it sorted now mate. we used everything from the spring up on the standard shocks. il keep u update tho. prob fall apart when i get it off the driveway!!

Yeah, you need to keep the new top plate on the new set up from what I can see. You put the top plate of the original shocker on top of that I think!

right we got them fitted lads!!
haven got any deacent pics tho, gona take some2mo! its fecking low, had to take the mudflaps off, they got demolished!
