why would you want a splitter aswell as the bumper??? the bumper is already really low...
you'll have trouble getting over an ant lying on the road.

u could fit a laguna splitter there like an inch thick, but it wont last very long on the car

or n RGM one with corner upturns - that'll be about 1/2" thick - and u should be okay - ive got a predator front which is basically a psg2 front with add ons and its about 2" lower than psg is standard - so u have some room to play with but not much.
