is it onboard video card......or seperate video/graphics card?

is its onboard....check the connectors are on the board properly (means taking the case off and checking liek that)

if its a seperate graphics card......try takin the card out,......cleaning it.....and clean the pci slot.......ccould just be dust....from moving about......and just blow it out....or if ya av a lil brush use that

could be the location of the pc, is the main power box or power supply to the house behind the wall where the pc is? try moving the desk a few feet either way or by a completely different wall.

the wobbling you say is electrical interference.

You took your PC apart I take it to move it? Graphics adapter will need its refresh rate set again in the display settings under control panel, click on the settings tab, click the advanced button and then click adaptors tab, click 'list all modes' and set the gaphics rate to your resolution and at least 85Hz refresh rate (or whatever the max refesh rate your monitor can take) - apply all settings and OK every window.

Your monitor should now stop flickering.
