Hi Peeps

Due to probs with my smooth boot after it been welded bubbles etc shud i go for 1 of these covers that go on top ?? it does look good and shudnt ripple or anuthing and it would look well smooth but would it be possible to stick it on top of the excisting smooth boot or is it worth getting the boot done as it is without this fibreglass covering???

get someone who can actually weld properly to take it on, its a tricky job getting it done with no warping, but its always gonna be better than a cover

most ppl on this site go on how shite the covers are, me, cabric corsa of here and about 5 of my mates with smooth boots have all had them on over 6months and are still fine. i feel they can be crap if fitted crap otherwise as good or better than a welded boot.

yeh, none of my mates have any problems with them sinking etc as ppl claim. just make sure its fitted properly, we all got ours from corsacentre.com and the bodyshop said tht they were the best fittin panels hes seen. by way i cant believe nobody has said "get it welded they are shite" yet lol

take your car back to the bodyshop that did the boot in the first place and get them to rectify their work.
