my car has suddenly decided to stop starting first time!it turns over but just doesnt start,it takes a good 20 tries before it does and then it only rumbles to life. once its going its fine. ive tried resetting my ecu and it started 2nd time but the next day it was back to its sh*tty self again! ne one any ideas? cheers...

sounds like the starter motor is on its last legs, mine did this then one day it wouldnt start atall.

if its doing it when cold could be coolant sensor

my SRi starts with but a click, not bad to say last owner was a t****r, hope u get it sorted mate, but do try coolant sensor
