L reg corsa B Gsi with 90k miles...i never used anything to clean out the fuel sytstem, had the car for over two years and ive done 10k miles on it and i dont know the last time the fuel system was cleaned and lately it seems very jerky as i let go of accel!
1) reccomend me a good whole-fuel system cleaner/treatmeant?
2) should i change the Fuel Filter "after" the treatmeant or "before"?

I use this
as i do lots of short journeys seems help, its about £3-£4 per bottle and it lasts for eons, just whack a load in before you fill up.
Also be an idea to check/change the fuel filter and the plugs as well

plugs are fine, im sure the jerkyness is caused by the ICV and the throttle body buterfly being a bit jammed...
but as ive never changed the fuel filter i thought i would give the whole fuel system a clean while im at it...
i would have thought changing the fuel filter after the treatmeant is more sensible as all the shite will get cleaned out of the tank first??

the filter is designed to keep the shit in the tank it will never be clean!
However a clogged fuel filter will cause the engine to be starved of fuel causing jerkyness when extra fuel is demanded!
My advice is drop the petrol treatment in drive around for a couple of days then change the filter!
