wat kind of power will an amp need for this sub...?
12 inch (30cm) - 800 watt peak power dont no the rms
its a kenwood KFCW3009
was thinkin about a kenwood KACPS811D amp which is... Channel Amplifier * Class D Mono Amplifier. max power 1600 watts High Performance Monaural Power Amplifier

400wat amp !!!! all u need to do is find the max power of the sub and half it then that is the minmum watage u wud need to run the sub !! to much watage will blow it up !!

too much wattage WILL NOT blow it up.
You want an amp that can power the sub easily, so if the sub is 300w RMs, go for a 450w RMS amp or more, then adjust the gain accordingly so as not to overpower it.
In this case the sub will be much more controlled over high excursion that it would be with a amp that was straining to play it loud.

Peak Power - 800w
Maximum Power - 400w
Rater Power - 200w
