when i start the car its idels at 300 rpm, thn wen i rev it, it starts splutering, but after a few mine its ok th en idels ok

300rpm... u shud be worrying.. 
shud be 800-900rom at idle 
clean the icv mate, cud be blocked up with all shite

itz probably the icv, i thot tht on my corsa b sport, it was idling at 2k if its not the icv try th air intake pipe tht wat turned out to be the problem on mine. does the engine mamagement light come on
