Has anyone replaced their standard grey carpet in their corsa with black carpet? If anyone has how is it done and where can you buy it from.

i'm sure vauxhall supplied it for about 70quid, cos its not like normal carpet its vacum formed to fit

easy job just takes a while...

just got to un screw all plastics that touch the carpet basically, then rip out carpet, and put plastc trim back, ie centre console etc

Tenner from the scrappies!

Not a hard job, just fiddly takin the interior out, and puttin it back together! Be prepared for it to squeak like feck when you put it back in tho!

Breeze models did, they also have the black plactic bits like the ecu cover

I can confirm Breeze models have the black carpet and trim as I have one.

i think is was an optional extra on some models.

it a carpet just for the corsa, its foam backed and pressed into place.

New carpets can be bought from Vauxhall for around £80 I believe. As mines had some hammer/fag burns etc I thaught about buying one. My carpet is blackish its in a GLS 5door, Its deffo not what i'd describe as grey...

i should have take the door pockets out of a GSI i nicked an anti roll bar off at the weekend they were black. rest of the interior was gone unfortunatly

gsis didnt have black plastics they were anthracite (dark grey)

'96 sport didnt its dark grey. Did they change with the 97 facelift like all the plastics?

only grey plastic in the GSI's is the main dash, all other plastic trim is BLACK
