The reverse lights not coming on.

I have checked bulbs and fuse, they are working.
read through the tutorial and cannot find how to sort the problem.

Dont kno where to look for the switch? was thinking of spraying some WD40 on it? or is that a bad idea?

there is a switch on the front of the gear box, ull see it if you look. the switch is about £5 i think maybe less

cheers broster. well go look for it now but is it a good idea to spray WD40 on? and should i dissconnect the switch then spray?

just been outside fiddling around to find the switch.
i think i may have found it but unsure??

from standing infront of the car looking into it, is the switch just right of the engine and abit lower????

tried yankin it off but having troubles.

its on the front of the gearbox

so if you are standing facing the front of the car on the passenger side theres a wiring plug going to the gearbox unclip that and unbolt the switch fit new switch and clip wiring back in
