Would a suspension kit such as apex be ok, (Or am i going to need higher poundage springs, If so, where can u get them?? As highest ive seen is for the 1.5td, no idea what the poundage is on them though)
And What driveshafts and hubs to use? (cav sri shafts and hubs fit??)
Will the shafts fit through the std 1.2 wheelbearings?
Also can an f20 box with cable driven spedo be converted to an electronic spedo? (eg later corsa sport clocks/speedo)
Finally whats the dimensions for the anti roll bar spacers? (length, width, height, hole size and position etc, As im goin to make them myself)

any suspension kit will be fine its up to what you can afford
cav shafts will fit but will strain bearings etc.
the speedo will fit you will need the sender unit from the box (where the speedo cable would go)
dont no sorry lee mitchell will no that.

brilliant mate, nearly answered them all!!
Will diesel springs be better, as the diesel engine is pretty heavy?
So what hubs/shafts am i gonna use, preferably cheap, but i want them reliable, ie not using 1.2 shafts or sumfing cos the wont be up to the job. so will buy new if need be.

dont no about diesel springs mate sorry but as long as its lowered its fine
as for shafts there is 4 options
cav/calibra/astra shafts and mtech hubs
cav/calibra/astra shafts and the relative hubs from the donor car and have them machined by an engineer so they fit in corsa bearings.
use cossvaux shafts (which you obviously dont want to do
or do what i did and make them your self.

this seems like the big question from all doing a 2.0xe conversion, which fucking shafts to use,
so far it seems using a cossvaux or courtenay kit will save of raggin your diff and vc joints rappidly but cost you an arm and a leg, on the other hand you can use stock vaux stuff but its a bit of a bodge.
