Given up looking for a good C20XE so I'm going to put an x20xev ecotec lump in. Any info on this available online? Its got an F20 gearbox on it at the moment. Are the ecotec mounts the same at the C20XE mounts that lee sells? I would need the powersteering brackety thing too. I presume the driveshafts and hubs setup would be the same as the XE conversion as its going to be using an F20.
I've heard that the manifold hits the anti roll bar or something. Whats the best way to deal with this?
Any conversion info is appreciated, would love to hear from someone that has already done an xev conversion before.
Cheers
John

I found out from mtec that the mountings are the same. Typically though, the minute I post this an ideal redtop pops up after about 4 months of searching.

Well, there are about 5 working C20XE's for sale on Ebay. If you look properly, then you will find what you are after. If you only want about 130bhp then you but the M-Tec fitting kit for the X20XEV and put that in... Job done.

Don't need the PAS mount if you have the right kind of C20XE PAS pump
