Hey people,

Can anyone tell me if the head has to come off the X16XE to have the valve stem seals replaced??

i would say so as dropping a valve into the engine is never a good thing

and you need to get to the other side to put the valve spring compressor on

so head has to come off

Thanks mate,

I just wasn't sure, cos apparently some engines you DO have to take the head off, but some other engines you can get to them simply by taking off the rocker cover.
