i installed my head unit today an i noticed that my mfd goes to my remote wire but im running an amp so how do i go about that.

You should have a male bullet connection that goes to the ISO block of the car for the remote lead - if so then simply unplug them and wire a remote lead with a female bullet connector on the end 
However, i know in the Corsa B, the remote lead also supplies power to the aerials internal booster (hidden in the base of the aerial) via a black wire (and gray i think) in the CARS radio loom, so you might need to bodge a connection to that But i cant say anything for a corsa C mate as ive never owned one etc
