I know this is a site dedicated to corsas but i was hoping i could get some help about the seat ibiza.
ive been lookin at a R reg Seat Ibiza Gti and was just wondering if this is a reliable car and any good or bad qualities they have.

nout much goes wrong with seats......as they are part of the audi/vw partnership.....
gd build Quality on them as you expect with vw's and audis

it'll be reliable but it'll be a 2.0 8v as used in the mk3 Golf Gti - 112bhp. wouldnt pull you outta bed.
16v ibiza gti would be a better option

The R plate ibiza gti is a 2.0 16v, very reiable cars, used to have an S reg seat ibiza but that had an ex 1.4 16v golf engine in it.

if its a 16v then its 150bhp engine as used in the mk3 golf 16v

Dont think the golf 16v engine is 150bhp the biza 20v turbo is only 150bhp. im sure ive read they are only about 136bhp
Was going to buy the 20v turbo ibiza but was put off by the phrase"buy a bigger rear view mirror so you can watch all the parts that fall off the car while your driving"
