may be a stupid question but here goes...a mate had aload of these n i had 1 of him but dno if i can actually put it on my engine?!?!
anyone know if it can be put on? (corsa c)

They're universal and can be fitted to any crankcase breather pipe.

What is the filter medium made from - foam or what looks like tin foil?

Yup, it's a crankcase filter - for venting crankcase fumes, etc.

Not exactly an oil filter, but it filters oily vapour.

look on the rocker cover and there will be a pipe comming off it, leading back to the inlet side of the engine?? take this off and put the filter there

if there is a benifit can i have one, i do have one but some cock also cut the end of it, also i got some piperx hoses from pvd and they dont fit can you get me some that do?
