if you have had them all balanced etc correctely only thing i can think of is a buckled wheel but someone might hazard a more educated guess for you

so if iv got et 37 alloys on there do u think i should get spacers? but the wheels fit?

no cause ideal offset is et 45 - et 49, yours are off a golf so around et 37 spacers lower the offset so with 5 mm spacers it would be et32 which would be even worse

bloke at motor world says 42 fit straight on with out spacers but i woz gonna buy wheels that were 38, he said that if i bought 5ml spacers they wud fit ok

spacers make the offset lower i.e the wheel sticks out more and when you lower it will make them rub on the arches

I have no idea, I " THINK " you can get it grinded down so its lower offset but would probably cost loads and would be better off just buying new alloys
