want some help on fitting these 2 Leds to face my dash lite it up a bit more i know half and half on wiring , but i need to find out were i can wire up these cause my cigg lighter not wired in at all and i want it to work when the outside lights come on if u get me like switch them on and off same as lights!!!

so wat iam trying to see is how to connect this into the lights so they work the same as the interior lights!! if u get me
