fiberglass or filler?

Just need to know so i can use the lighter one for smoothing the rear of my boot for carpeting!

thanks richard.
custom, i wanna make the boot smoothe, hence the fiberglass and then get some nice black fabrick and glue it down so it's nice and flat. with me alloy as a spare.

dont like al the bumps that are there at the mo.
