Think my head gaskets gone.... losing water, sloshing sound coming from behind the dashboard when you first start it up. I believe its a common problem on 1.4 16V Corsa's. If I get an uprated head gasket, will it decrease the possibility of it happening again?

well the slooshing sound behind the dash could just be air in the system... it'll b the sound of the heater matrix refilling. has this for a lil bit after i fitted a new rad.
Any mayo/funny stuff inside the oil filler cap?

Sure you haven't got a water leak, when you say lossing water, do you mean a litre per 100miles? a little?? if the car is still running ok, top it up.
No need to spend £00 on a headgasket change, most gargaes will cost abotu £300-400 to do so, so if it ain broke etc...

get compression test done, if its head gaset failure, probably cyl 4, like said before, make sure head is skimmed in case it has warped.

BTW, if there is a white gunk on oil filler cap, then it is most definately head gasket with the other symptoms
