the inlet manifold is very close to the bulkhead, infact its rubbing on the loom and break pipes as it is, so when i crack her up it will fuck it wont it??

also the corsa radiator is too close tot he exhzorst mainfold so when the fan's put on the back, it will melt on the manifold what have you lot done 2 solve both these problems

some pics...

i cut the bulkhead to fit the powercap in, then bent the brake lines into the hole that id cut out of the bulk head so they didnt foul on anything. also ran a new servo pipe round the lot.

what part fo the loom is it catching on? bit for the starter motor etc that comes out the bulkhead just to the left of throttle body in above pic?

as for the rad, cant say much on it, i just put the original one and std fan back in and it doesnt touch anywhere. its close, but works fine. car never over heats

its one of the water pipes right?

You may have it in the right place, you just need to route it another way perhaps.

Is it the one that was joined onto another?

Youd be best to hide that pipe under the inlet.

put that water pipe behind the head (just above the black pipe and the ICV.

with the fan i cut away all the plastic that got in the way of the manifold, drill 8 holes around the edge in sets of 2 in each corner, then thread a cable tie through one of the holes, through the radiator itself and bacck on itself throught the other hole and tighten the cable tie.

with regards to the inlet manifold touching the bulkhead, check that you have mounted the engine correctly at the back, as it shoud sit about 40mm away from the bulkhead.
